| 摘 要： | 针对飞机供电系统设备需要进行在线快速测试的需求,提出了利用Odyssey XE测试机研发便携式飞机供电参数测试系统的设计方案;根据测试标准对飞机供电参数测试要求,对测试系统从硬件结构和软件模块两方面进行了分析;设计采用高速数据采集卡OD-200实现数据的采集,并设计了数据采集和数据处理软件,完成了在LabVIEW开发环境下测试系统软件的设计与实现;通过对某飞机电源系统进行测试,测试结果表明该系统测试精确度高,性能稳定可靠,操作简单,达到了设计要求。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the requirement of online fast test for aircraft power supply system equipment,this paper proposes the design of portable parameters test for aircraft power supply system based on Odyssey XE.According to the requirement of GJB181 and GJB181A,this paper analyzes the hardware structure and software module of test system.The design adopts high-speed data acquisition card OD-200 to acquire the data,and design data acquisition and processing software,and completes the design and implementation of the test system software under LabVIEW development environment.The result shows that the system achieves the design requirement. |
