燃气-蒸汽单轴联合循环机组的控制特点与调试

摘    要:以杭州半山天然气发电工程的美国GE公司9FA燃气-蒸汽单轴联合循环发电机组为例,介绍了如何采用GE公司的MARK和西屋公司的OVATION分散控制系统,实现燃机、汽机和余热锅炉、辅助系统及整套联合循环的控制。并详细分析了该类型机组调试过程中的常见问题,如控制系统通信故障、机组启动时间过长等;并针对这些问题给出了可行的解决方法。

Abstract:Taking 9FA GTCC unit produced by GE in Hangzhou Banshan Gas Generation Project as an example, how to use MARK VI DCS of GE and OVATION DCS of Westinghouse were introduced in this paper to realize control of gas turbine, steam turbine, HRSG,auxiliary system and whole combined cycle. Common problems in commission of this type of unit such as ethernet communication breakdown of control system and longer starting time than design were analyzed. Finally feasible solutions to these problems were given.
