| 摘 要： | 针对传统生物产业－－白酒工业的定位及当前发展中存在诸如“同质比、原牌透支、饮酒与健康等问题，提出了一些看法和观点，同时对决定白酒工业发展的社会、经济和文化等因素作了一定的探讨。
