流体在SK型静态混合器中作层流流动时流体阻力计算的探讨

摘    要:将流体在静态混合器中作的层流流动分解为直线运动和旋转运动,然后分别计算这两种运动在流管中的流体阻力,并将两者相加后得到SK型静态混合器中液体层流流动时流体阻力的计算式.最后通过实验进行验证。

Abstract:The motion of the fluid flowing through a SKstatic mixer in laminar flow can be resolved into rotary motion and straightline motion, so we can respectively calculate the flow resistance of the two motions. Then, we are able to obtain the formula of calculating flow resistance of the fluid flowing through a SKstatic mixer in laminar flow by combining the two components. In the end, we put the formula to the proof by experimental result.
