钢中绝热剪切带的动态损伤演化

摘    要:采用大能量高速材料试验机冲击帽形试样的实验方法,研究了高速冲击条件下钢中绝热剪切带的损伤演化机制。试验结果表明,绝热剪切带的形成并不意味着剪切断裂的发生和宏观裂纹的形成。导致剪切带损伤的微观方式主要包括:基体接触区界面上的微裂纹、带内平直微裂纹、剪切带内与带成一定角度的微裂纹和孔洞。在这些微损伤方式的形核、长大过程中,绝热剪切带逐步损伤,宏观裂纹逐步形成。

Abstract:Hat - shaped samples of steels are impacted by a large - energy and high - speed punch in order to study themicro - damage mechanisms of the adiabatic shear band of steels under high - rate impact. The results show that the initiationof a adiabatic shear band does not mean the happening of a shear fracture, and the appearance of a macro - crack. The waysof micro - damage include angled micro - cracks with the bands, micro - cracks in the interfaces between the bands and thematrix, micro - cracks in the middle of the bands, and voids. During the initiation and growth of the micro - damages, adia-batic shear bands are destroyed and a fracture occurs.
