| 摘 要： | 运行中汽轮机油的乳化是常见的油品劣化问题,长期以来一直困扰着电厂等汽轮机油用户和润滑油生产厂家。乳化后的汽轮机油各项性能严重下降,无法承担润滑作用,对设备的运行安全带来极大的危害。主要从引起汽轮机油乳化的三个因素入手,分析了导致油品乳化的各种原因,并从运行、检修及油品选用等方面提出了相应对策。

| Abstract: | Turbine oil emulsification is a typical problem of oil products degradation and has troubled the lubricant producers and turbines users like power plants for a long time.All performance parameters of the emulsified turbine oil decrease seriously,which makes it unable to function as lubricant.The three causes of turbine oil emulsification are analyzed,and countermeasures in the aspects of operation,maintenance,and oil selection are proposed. |
