钢筋混凝土箱涵伸缩缝填料老化处理措施

位于大堤内的钢筋混凝土箱涵伸缩缝老化开裂后，在汛期高水位作用下，出现渗水、漏水现象，导致堤防翻砂、滑坡等险情，严重危害大堤安全度汛。长江沿线钢筋混凝土箱涵数量多，其中部分箱涵存在伸缩缝渗、漏水现象，介绍了处理箱涵伸缩缝开裂的两种方法，即铁板压橡皮止水法和止水条法。铁板压橡皮止水法的止水效果好，但造价高，对施工的工艺要求也高，适用于地基比较稳定、没有剩余沉降的涵闸；止水条法的后灌实的混凝土易脱落，止水性能不如铁板压橡皮好，但造价低，施工简单。两种处理方法在几十座老涵闸上进行了应用，效果很好。

Ageing treatment measures of filling material for expansion joint of reinforced concrete box culvert

After the aging and cracking of reinforced concrete box culverts in dykes, seepage and leakage will occur from these culverts in high water periods, resulting in dangerous conditions and posing serious threats to the dyke safety. There are many reinforced concrete box culverts in the Yangtze dykes, and seepage and leakage phenomena arise from the contraction joints of some culverts. This paper presents two methods to treat the cracking of culvert contraction joints, i.e. establishing a rubber strip with clip plate or patching the old water stop strip. The water-stopping effect of the first method is good, but its cost is high, and this method has high technologic requirements and is adapted only to culverts having stable foundations and no remaining settlements. For the second method, the late placed concrete is likely to be split from the old concrete and its water-stopping performance is not as good as that of the first method, but it has advantages of low cost and being convenient for construction. The two methods have been applied to the treatment of several dozens of old culverts, achieving good results.
