| 摘 要： | 提出并实现了一种应用于IP网络直播电视的条件接收系统(Conditional Access System，CAS)方案。该方案沿用了DVB-CAS的授权控制方式，并在IP层引入了部分加密技术，同时又针对IP网络的特性，设计了新的授权控制信息(Entitlement Control Message，ECM)传输方式，以减少所需传输IP流的数目。最后的性能分析表明，该方案能有效简化系统结构，减少带宽占用率，降低终端负载和复杂性。

| Abstract: | A novel IP-CAS based on the characteristics of IP networks was designed and implemented. The key distribution scheme followed DVB-CAS' hierarchical structure. And a partly-scrambling method was introduced in IP layer, while a new transmission structure for ECM(Entitlement Control Message) was presented to reduce the number of transport streams. The last system performance shows that, this scheme can simplify the system structure, reduce the bandwith requirement, decrease the implemental complexity and bring down the load of the terminal receiver. |
