摘    要:本文简要分析了MPS磨煤机旋转分离器内部两相流动阻力的形成原理,实验了风量、转速以及浓度等主要因素对分离器两相流动阻斩影响关系,从阻力特性角度提出了旋转分离器设计的基本原则。

Abstract:The authors give a brief analysis of the mechanism of formation of two-phase flow resistance within the rotating separator of a MPS grinding mill. An experimental study is performed as to the effect on the above-cited resistance of such main factors as air flow rate. rotating speed and coal concentration. etc. From the viewpoint of resistance characteristics proposed is the basic principle to be followed during the design of rotating separators.
