航摄底片扫描数字化生产的质量控制

如何高精度高质量地对航摄底片进行扫描数字化生产，并对生产过程及成果进行质量控制与检查，确保数字化影像数据准确可靠，是保证全数字摄影测量成图成果质量的一个基础环节。文章围绕这一环节，并结合笔者多年来管理扫描数字化生产的实践经验，就原始底片扫描的硬件平台、软件模块及生产过程的质量控制进行论述。

Quality Control in Scanning Digital Production of Aerial Photography Negative Film

High precision and high quality running the scanning digital production of aerial photography negative film, and strictly monitoring and controlling the production process and the quality of finished products to assure the high accuracy and reliability of digital image data are the fundamental premise of the achievement of wholly digitized photogrammetry. Therefore, in the light of long years＇ practice experience of managing scanning digital production of aerial photographic film, a series of key relevant problems are thoroughly discussed in this paper, namely the hardware scanning panel of original negative film, the software module, the quality control in the production process etc.
