| 摘 要： | 为了实现现场准确和快速地测量大型滚动轴承圈的直径,介绍了一种新的用于大型滚动轴承圈内外直径测量的单片机系统,介绍了测量所使用的数学模型,测量结果的误差分析以及系统的硬件原理框图和软件流程图。系统的特点是用单片机进行测量控制,数据采集和数据处理,从而使系统具有对光栅尺由于刻划误差而造成的系统误差进行修正、测量自动化及仪器小型化等特点。

| Abstract: | A new kind of single-chip computer system is introduced,which is used for measuring the internal and external diameter of the large rolling bearing ring.The mathematical princi- ple of the measurement and the error analysis are also introduced.As a core of measuring system,a single-chip computer is used for measuring process controlling,data sampling and data processing.So it is possible to compensate the systematic errir of the coordinate points of the optical grating.The instrument has the characteristics of measuring process artoma- tion and instrument miniaturization,it is suited to field measuring use. |
