摘    要:根据6种长度吊车梁的实际设计尺寸,建立了合理的有限元力学模型;介绍了应用ANSYS软件对吊车梁计算的过程,得到了吊车梁的最大应力和最大位移值,也找到了最大应力集中的位置及数值,为吊车梁的进一步设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:A FEM mechanical model was set up according to the actual designed dimensions of crane beams with six lengths.The calculation process of the crane beams by ANSYS software was introduced,by which the maximum stress and displacement of the crane beams were also obtained.The position and number of the maximum stress were found out,which provided a theoretic basis for thurther design of the crane beams.
