| 摘 要： | 采用硫化发泡仪并结合对模压发泡制品的性能分析，探讨了ＥＰＤＭ发泡过程中硫化速度与发泡剂分解速度的匹配问题，研究了过氧化物硫化体系中硫黄用量、促进剂用量及发泡剂种类对速度匹配的影响。结果式样的硫化曲线与发泡剂分觚速度曲线走势相同，两者匹配良好，发泡制品力学性能优良。

| Abstract: | The match of vulcanizing rate and foaming rate in EPDM foaming process was discussed by using foaming-vulcanizer and analysing the properties of the foaming samples, and the effect of the amount of sulfur, accelerator and the types of foaming agent to the match was studied. |
