| 摘 要： | 利用修正的拉格朗日描述的大变形弹塑性有限元法对矩形盒冲压成形过程进行模拟，给出了毛坯内应力、应变及材料流动在变形过程中的分布及变化规律．并在此基础上对矩形盒成形过程的成形机理及特点进行了研究，实验证明，模拟结果与实验结果一致．

| Abstract: | The simulation of forming process of a rectangular box has been done by using large deformation Update Lagrangian elastic plastic FEM.The distributions of stress,strain and velocity vector in the box are concluded in the computational results.The forming mechanism of the rectangular box is discussed.An experiment pursued simultaneously has shown that the results are basically identical to those of simulation. |
