摘    要:食品安全是国内外各国共同关注的一项重要问题,其安全存储涉及到温度、湿度、紧实度等多种因素,其中水分是影响食品安全存储的一个重要因素,它的检测方法是学术界和工程领域的一个重点和难点。为了更好地测量食品中所含有的水分数量,文中设计了一种结构优化的用于粮食水分检测的电容式传感器,针对所设计的传感器设计了相应的检测电路,给出了调试结果。并利用BP神经网络融合各种传感数据,对影响检测的因素作了详细分析,进而提出了较为合理的解决方案。实验结果表明该方法是有效可行的。

Abstract:Food safety is an important problem that all kinds of countries in the world focus on, which is related to temperature, humidity , degree of packing and so on. Among these factors, water is the most important to food storage. Its detection method is important and difficult in the field of academia and engineering. To deal with the above problems, introduce a newly-structured capacitance sensor which is used for water-containing detection for grain. The special circuit is designed and detection result is also given. It analyzes the factors that affect the detection and puts forward reasonable method. The experiment result shows that the method is effective and feasible.
