Construction of Cloud Computing Platform of Sci-tech Literature Sharing System and Data Sharing System

Science and technology literature sharing system and scientific data sharing system in Shaanxi province have been built, integrating mass literature and scientific data resources,use information technology to provide users with science and technology literature and scientific data service. With the constant improvement of the technological innovation needs, especially in the current situation of transformation of economic development in Shaanxi Province, to adapt to the transformation of economic development, for the government, research institutes and enterprises to provide more efficient decision support and personalized service, the information service work of science and technology has been put forward higher requirements.
