摘    要:电信运营商重组带来新的格局变化,网上营业厅作为网络化发展战略的重要载体,已经为各省市运营商所重视并实践。在现有网上营业厅系统研究的基础上分析,采用Power Designer进行数据建模、SQL Server2005作为后台数据库、。 NET为开发平台,开发了一套网上营业厅系统。该系统包括登录/注册模块、客户服务模块、营业员管理模块和留言回复模块等,其中用户登录模块运用Web Service相关技术,利用Web Service短信平台实现手机即时验证码功能,保障用户登录的安全。通过实际应用表明,该系统在三层架构基础上,结合。 NET与Web Service两者优势,操作方便快捷且安全性较高,提升了客户的满意程度。

Abstract:Telecom operator restructuring makes the new change of the structure. As an important carrier of network development,online business hall has been taken more attention and practiced by operators of provinces and cities. Analyze the online business hall system which is based on the existing research,using the Power Designer for data modeling,taking SQL Server2005 as the background data-base,. NET as the development platform,has developed a set of online business hall system. This system includes register/login module, the customer service module,the clerk closed module and answering module,etc. And the user login module uses Web Service technology and Web Service SMS platform which is realizing real-time verification code function to ensure the safety of the user login. Through the practical application,it shows that the system combined with the. NET and Web Service has the characteristics of convenient and quick operation,high security based on three-tier architecture,lifting the satisfaction of the customer.
