摘    要:本文以补偿位移最小和曲柄均匀转动为双目标函数,建立了五杆机构实现多点轨迹的优化模型;指出了五杆机构的全域优化综合是多峰,多态,多模型,多不等式约束优化问题;提出了运用擅长全域搜索的遗传算法直接求解该优化问题,实例计算表明该方法是实用可行。

Abstract:This paper sets compensation displacement minimum and uniform rotational motion of crank as double goal function, builds the optimization model of five-bar mechanism realizing track of many points, points out that global optimization synthesis of five-bar mechanism is multi-peak, polymorphism, multi-model and multi-inequality constrains optimization problem, and puts forward genetic algorithm directly to solve this optimization question, which is good at global searching. The instance calculation indicates that this method is practical and feasible.
