| Abstract: | Based on the article 1],the method was brought forward to solve the dilemma of Eddy Current sensors' accuracy and range of testing, which was making the sensing component move following the object. A brief introduction of design method and principle was given in this paper. The test results were described and some ways to improve testing accuracy were proposed. |
