液压缸缓冲结构的分析与计算

摘    要:讨论了液压缸缓冲的应用意义和设计中存在的问题。概述了常用的各种缓冲装置的特点。以节流缓冲沟槽缓冲装置为对象,按最佳的等减速缓冲效果,推导出理想缓冲结构的数学模型,为缓冲结构的设计提供理论依据。在此基础上编写算法,利用计算机来辅助分析与计算常用的其它缓冲结构

Abstract:The application experiments of CNC based on industrial PC (IPCNC) in a surface grinding machine tool are introduced in this paper. At first the constructs of hardware and software of IPCNC is presented, then the application in the MGK7163 is given. The experiments and test results show that the system has a high accurzcy and a friendly interface. It is convenience for operation.
