应用复极矢量函数设计摆动从动件共轭凸轮机构

摘    要:共轭凸轮机构属于形封闭的凸轮机构,其设计、制造及安装等精度要求较高,由于参与啮合的零件多,设计分析复杂、廓线求解烦琐使其应用大受影响。本文以摆动从动件共轭凸轮机构为例,利用复极矢量函数建立数学模型,并结合Matlab软件开发出共轭凸轮机构CAD/CAE软件系统,能将设计分析的数值结果以直观的图形表示出来,为共轭凸轮机构的设计和分析提供了一种简捷、方便、有效的方法。

Abstract:Conjugate cam mechanism is a kind of geometrical-closed cam mechanism.The high precision of design,manufacture and assembly is required.Due to multiple parts engaged,the complex design and miscelleanous calculation of cam profiles has barriered its wide application.Based on conjugate cam mechanism with oscilating follers,the calculation and design way by establishing the mathematic pattern with complex vector function was put forwards to.ACAD/CAE system was developed with Matlab for conjugate cam nechanism,which make thenumeral resolution expressed at the graph.This offers a simple and effective method for the design of conjugate cam cam mechanism.
