充液拉深超高压压力控制系统关键技术的研究

摘    要:由于研制的充液拉深装备具有超高压特点,为适应计算机过程控制的需要,超高压压力控制系统中采用了减压装置,文中对减压装置的动态特性、缸体的强度、以及密封结构等问题进行了分析研究。并对超高压压力控制系统的动态响应性能进行了分析,为压力控制系统方案的确定提供了一定的理论依据,并根据实际情况选择了合适的超高压压力控制系统形式。

Abstract:In this paper,with respect to features of superpressure system in hydrodynamic deep drawing and the need of CNC,pressure reducer is applied.The dynamic performance's stability of pressure reducer,strength and sealing structure of cylinder are devised.The dynamic response property of pressure controlling system is analyzed,based on which the suitable controlling pattern can be chosen.The proper controlling form is provided in the design.
