摘    要:对用电流梯度法检测埋地管线外防腐蚀层常见的影响因素进行了逐一分析,并提出了相应的检测技术与流程改进方法。通过实施改进方法,可以大大提高管线外防腐蚀层评价的准确性,对加强管线防腐蚀层更换、维修及维护的科学性,重点监控部位判定的准确性等,都具有重要意义。

Abstract:The influencing factors in examination of corrosion resistant coatings of buried pipelines by ACCG method were analyzed. The improvement of corresponding examination techniques and processes were recommended. The application of improvement method can greatly enhance the accuracy of evaluation of corrosion - resistant coatings. It is very significant for scientific replacement and maintenance of anti - corrosion coatings and precise pinpoint of important detection points.
