| 摘 要： | 某厂甲醇系统三机运行已有一段时问,现有甲醇合成反应并不理想,与理论计算相比仍存在很大差距,通过对甲醇合成反应因素的分析,对工艺参数以及工艺操作进行调整,并提出了解决方法,实现增产目标。

| Abstract: | This article through to the methanol synthesis reaction factors analysis,think of methanol synthesis is not ideal,are compared with theoretical calculations are still a big gap,so the process parameters and operation adjustment is necessary.A methanol plant system three machine has been running for a period of time,from the running situation of existing synthetic ability to achieve production target. |
