摘    要:简要阐述了焊接应力产生的机理及危害,较详细地探讨了整体消除塔式压力容器由于焊接而产生内应力的几种方法。消除焊接应力的热处理一定要根据热处理规范掌握好温度和时间两个要素,缺一不可,保温温度是取得焊后热处理效果的重要条件。

Abstract:The mechanism and harm of welding stress was briefly introduced,several methods eliminating internal stress from welding tower - type pressure vessel was amply discussed.The heat treatment eliminating welding stress should master two key factors as temperature and time,the important condition for good result of heat treatment is warming temperature.
