浅析企业高级管理人才培养的有效方式

摘    要:随着我国经济的迅猛发展,优秀企业管理人才,特别是高级管理人才成为稀缺资源,对这类高级管理人才的有效培养显然成为了各个企业关注的重中之重。通过结合现实情况对我国企业高级管理人才进行分类,对企业管理人才合理的定位,以及分别对国内、国外高级管理人才培养方式的详细介绍和分析,提出了适合我国现实情况的优秀企业高级管理人才培养有效方式的建议。

Abstract:With China's rapid economic development, good corporate management personnel, especially senior management personnel become scarce resources. Senior management personnel training has become the most important concern of various enterprises. Based on the actual situation of China's senior corporate management personnel, reasonable positioning of the enterprise management personnel, as well as details of domestic and foreign senior management personnel training and analysis, the paper proposes ways of effective training of outstanding senior management personnel.
