摘    要:根据市场形势及发展需要,高浓度液态烧碱成为各厂家抢占市场的主要产品和核心竞争力。介绍了70kt/a降膜蒸发系统运行初期所存在的缺陷,通过采取一系列技改措施和方案,与传统的隔膜蒸发系统相比,具有流程简单、节能效果明显、系统安全及稳定运行、操作环境好等优点。

Abstract:As market situation and development needs, high concentration liquid NaOH became main product. This paper introduced that the defects of 70 000 t/a falling film evaporator system at early running, and the measures taken and programs. Comparison with traditional film evaporator system, which has advantages of simple flow path, distinct energy -saving effect, safety system and stable running, good operating environment etc.
