| 摘 要： | 信息技术的发展引发了办公领域里的一场革命,使人们从靠纸张传递发展到全新的网络信息时代,实现无纸化办公。从办公自动化(OA)系统的特点出发,分析了其解决的主要问题,同时针对铁路运输行业的特点,通过实例分析了办公自动化在铁路运输行业的重要性。
