| 摘 要： | 应用于武器保障的通用ATE系统,由上位机主控制器、VXI通用仪器模块、信号激励源、信号调理和接口电路组成.软件使用Visual C 开发平台,将测试控制函数库和各VXI接口资源库函数相结合.其数据信息包括测试仪器、配置参数和测试结果,测试流程负责读取采集数据、配置测试仪器、分析计算,并把结果写回测试表单.

| Abstract: | The general ATE system in weapon support consists of UP pc main controller,VXI general apparatus module,signal bestirring source,signal adjusting and interface circuit. The software adopts Visual C development platform to combine the test control function base with VXI interface source function. Its data information includes testing apparatus,configuration parameters,and testing results. The testing process reads collection data,configuring testing apparatus,analyze calculation and the writing the results on the testing list. |
