赤铁矿与锥辉石浮选分离捕收剂的研究

摘    要:以最具代表性的白云鄂博矿床原生赤铁矿和含铁硅酸盐矿物锥辉石(Acmite)为研究对象,在纯矿物浮选试验的基础上,结合吸附量、ζ-电位测定结果,对各类捕收剂的选择性及其与矿物表面作用机理进行了讨论,提出了研制新型高效硅铁分离捕收剂的有效途径。

Abstract:The representive ore samples used in this study are Bayan Obo deposit's primary hematite ores and acimide ores containing iron silicate minerals. Based on the flotation test of pure minerals, the selectivity of various collectors and their action mechanism upon mineral surfuces are studied in light of the amount of adsorbed minerals and the results of zeta potentiometric determination and the effective approach is suggested to study new types of collectors for the separation of silicon from iron.
