摘    要:齿轮齿条传动是机械传动中常用的一种类型。影响其传动精度的一个重要参数是分度圆。在对齿条进行加工时,分度圆尺寸通常采用单个量针检测,需要计算测量值M,文中主要介绍钻套产品加工齿条时M值计算方法,并在实际生产中应用。

Abstract:Gear-rack drive is a widely-used type of mechanism transmission. The graduation circle, which serves as an important parameter affecting the transmission accuracy of gear-rack drive, is usually measured with a single measuring needle for its M-value in gear machining. This paper intends to introduce a method of calculating the M-value when drive bush products are used to machine the gear rack and provide an insight into its application to practical production.
