| 摘 要： | 通过对冷拔钢管在生产过程中产生的附加应力分析，借助于金相显微镜，带能谱仪(EDX)的扫描电子显微镜(SEM)，对冷拔开裂的OCr18Ni9不锈钢管的开裂原因进行了分析，发现开裂是由尺寸较大的夹杂物诱发引起的，而沿晶析出的σ相是使钢变脆的原因。
