| 摘 要： | 详细论述了轿车油泵外用支架的冲压模具设计过程。根据制件的形状和要求，进行工艺分析，并制定了模具设计工艺方案。重点介绍了工艺方案的确定、材料利用率的计算以及模具结构的设计。本套模具由两套复合模具组成，既可保证产品质量，又降低了成本，显著地提高了经济效益。

| Abstract: | The punching die design of external bracket of car pump is elaborated. According to the shape and requirement of part, technical analysis is conducted and technical solution of die design is formulated. The determination of technical solution, calculation of material utilization ratio and the design of die structure are emphasized. The set of die is made up of two compound dies. It guarantees product quality, decreases cost and increases economic interest. |
