摘    要:介绍了金属磁记忆检测的原理、试验方案和试验步骤,并对试验结果进行了分析。试验研究表明,金属磁记忆检测技术可以较好地检测铁磁性构件的隐形损伤,准确、可靠地检测出铁磁构件以应力集中为特征的危险部位,实现构件的早期损伤诊断。

Abstract:Metal magnetic memory(MMM) can better detect the hidden damage of component,and this testing technology can realize early injury diagnosis.It can accurately and reliably detect the stress concentration of ferromagnetic components.Workers may take measures to prevent the accident before the component failure.By the method workers can make their losses to a minimum extent and avoid the accidenton.
