摘    要:分析了电液负载仿真中载过程中多余力矩的产生机理及其特点,在对电液负载仿真台的多余力矩进行同步补偿的基础上,提出了利用同步马达和加载马达的角速度差值进行前馈补偿方案,以实现对多余力矩的二次补偿。严格推导出了同步补偿后的加载系统的数学模型并对同步补偿系统和前馈控制器进行了设计。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the generating mechanism of surplus torque on electro-hydraulic load simulator in the loading process and its characteristics. On the basis of synchro-compensation for electro-hydraulic load simulator, this paper presents a feedforward compensation method with angular velocity difference of synchro-compensating moter and loading motor to make the second compensation for the surplus torque. The mathematical model of loading system compensated synchronously is exacdy derived, and the synchro-system and the feedforward controller are designed. In comparison with position synchro-compensation, and angular feedforward compensation respectively, theoretical analysis and computer simulation indicate the comprehensive compensation method is quite effective in eliminating surplus torque.
