摘    要:制备了聚氨酯丙烯酸酯大分子单体(聚乙二醇与甲苯二异氰酸酯反应得到端异氰酸酯基聚乙二醇,再与甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯反应即可得之),并将其与苯乙烯聚合,得到透明共聚物;讨论了预聚温度、催化剂等对大分子单体制备的影响,且对大分子单体与苯乙烯共聚的固化过程进行了探讨。

Abstract:Urethane methacrylate macromer was prepared by reacting tolylene diisocynate(TDI) and polyethyleneglycol(PEG), followed by end capping with 2 hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA) in the presence of dibutytin dilaurate(DBTL) as catalyst. The macromer polymerized with styrene(St) in the presence of free radical initiator to obtain a crosslinked transparent copolymer. The influence of several factors on the preparation of the macromer was studied. In addition, the curing behavior of the macromer with styrene was also investigated.
