PCCP生产中混凝土技术应用问题探讨

万家寨引黄工程联接段输水工程采用了PCCP（预应力钢筒混凝土压力管道）进行输水,PCCP设计和生产执行美国供水工程协会ANSI/AWWAC304和ANSI/AWWAC301标准,为了保证管道混凝土质量,首先必须严格执行ANSI/AWWAC301规定,同时要结合我国国情,因此生产中必然存在一些技术问题和困难。作者在管道供应监理实践基础上对PCCP混凝土配合比设计,抗压强度试件采用,质量控制和评定等方面进行了探讨和分析。

On Application of Concrete Technique in PCCP Manufacture

In"connection works"of Wanjiazhai YRDP(Yellow River Diversion Project).The PCCP has been adopted to convey the water.Both the design and the manufacture of the PCCP conformed to the standard of ANSI /AWWAC 304and ANSI /AWWA C 301.In order to guarantee the concrete quality o f the PCCP,the spesifications of the ANSI /AWWA C 301have to strictly b e executed first,while,at the same t ime,they also have to be combined with the special conditions in China.Therefore,there must be some problems which need to be solved for reaching th e goal of the combination issue mentioned a bove in the process of PCCP manufactu re.In the paper,the writers analyze d these prombles such as the design of proportioning of the concrete used in PCCP,the relation in strength betwe en the sylinder Specimen and the cube Concrete test Specimen,the quality contr ol of the concrete and the evaluation thereop.some indices of PCCP manufa ctured in Wanjiazhai YRDP are:vertical casting method;internal diameter ,3metars;thickness of pipe,270mm and a length of pipe,5meters.
