| 摘 要： | 以陕西省安塞县为背景区,在探讨土地资源可持续利用的基本范畴、构建实证研究和政策运用的理论基础上,通过对该地区的自然环境因素特点及传统土地利用模式的深入分析,系统地研究了安塞县土地资源开发利用的自然及社会经济条件,总结了该县土地资源特征与利用现状,揭示了其土地利用存在的问题及产生的不良后果,提出了土地资源可持续性利用的对策。

| Abstract: | The Loess Plateau has degraded into a barren and fragile region.Severe erosion and water as well as environmental deterioration are hindering the sustainable development of local economy and society.The authors took the Ansai county as the background and explored the basic category for sustainable of land resource,established a theoretical foundation for proving research and policy performance.Through the theoretical system,the authors made a survey on the natural and social economic conditions of the land resources in the county,discussed the existing problems and their possible consequences and the countermeasures. |
