| 摘 要： | 对采用物理法净化工业黄磷的进展进行了综述，对相应的技术开发工作在总结前人经验的基础上提出了新的见解和建议。物理法净化工业黄磷，包括区域熔融法、电磁净化法、蒸馏法和吸附法，采取其一种或几种，所得精制黄磷纯度能达6N或7N级，完全能满足电子、医药、军工、半导体行业对磷化物中杂质含量的要求。

| Abstract: | The technical progress in purifying yellow phosphorus by physical methods is reviewed;the suggestions of the technical development are given based on the predecessor experience.Physical methods,including zone melting,electromagnetic,distillation / rectification and absorption,are applied to purify industrial yellow phosphorus,the products reach to 6N or 7N grade,which can satisfy the request of electronics,pharmaceutical,military and semiconductor. |
