基于ADAMS的双横臂独立前悬架运动学仿真研究

摘    要:根据某轿车双横臂独立前悬架数据,运用面向整车系统的数字化虚拟样机技术和大型机械系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS/CAR模块建立其三维仿真模型,并对该模型进行运动学仿真分析,研究分析汽车运动中悬架随车轮上下跳动时定位参数的变化规律,评价其悬架数据合理性。本文以某轿车双横臂独立悬架为例进行仿真计算,同时利用该模型对其悬架运动特性参数进行分析,为汽车悬架系统开发提供一种有效的现代化手段。

Abstract:Based on the existing data of automotive front suspension, applying the vehicle-system-oriented numerical virtual prototype technology and software ADAMS/CAR, three -dinension model was established. This model also went through dynamics simulation analysis. The variation laws of suspension positioning parameters along with wheel bouncing in motion were also analyzed and the reasonableness of suspension data was valuated. The simulation with the double-wishbone suspension was calculated, and the parameters of this suspension was calculated with the model mentioned hereby. An effective modernized method was provided for the automobile suspension system development.
