摘    要:使用自制的聚哌嗪均苯三甲酰胺/聚砜纳滤中空纤维复合膜,进行印染废水处理实验.结果表明.纳滤膜对染料有很好的截留率,其截留过程中筛分效应和荷电效应起主导作用:废水中染料浓度和无机盐浓度对纳滤膜截留性能有显著的影响;0.6MPa下对实际印染废水浓缩5~10倍,纳滤膜对CODCr的去除率大于70%,对色度去除率为99%,能有效截留废水中的染料和有机物.

Abstract:The rejection behavior of dyeing wastewater against polymide/polysulfone nanofiltration hollow fiber composite membrane is experimentally investigated. The results show that the rejection of dye is high and the separation performance is determined by the sieving effect and electrostatic effect. The dye concentration and inorganic salt concentration of wastewater significantly affect the nanofiltration separation performance. When the operation pressure is 0.6 MPa, and the concentrated multiple is between 5-10 times, the nanofiltration membrane could remove over 70 % CODc, and nearly 99 V0 chromaticity, thus the retention efficiency of dye and organics from the dye wastewater is preferable.
