| Abstract: | This paper is focused on the discussion of practical program technique of serial communication under Win32 environment (Windows9x/NT/2000)on the Borland C Builder platform.The paper introduces several different methods to realize the serial communication program for practical development in detail and compares the advantages and disadvantages of each method in the end. |
