摘    要:本文主要探索淀粉-丙烯酸接枝共聚反应合成高吸水性树脂。讨论了淀粉糊化温度、接枝反应温度、反应时间、原料配比以及催化剂量、交联剂量等对接枝率、接枝效率、产率和产物吸水能力的影响。考察了产物对蒸馏水、食盐溶液以及模拟尿的吸液能力、吸液速率和保水能力等性能。

Abstract:The synthesis of high water absorption resin with starch- acrylic acid graft copolymerization is explored.The influences of temperatures of starch pasting and graft reaction,reaction time,raw material ratio and amount of catalyst,crosslinking agent etc.on the grafting rate,graft efficiency,yield rate and the water absorbability of product are discussed.The authors also investigate such properties as liquid absorbability,absorption rate,water retention of the product to distilled water,salt solution and imitation urine.
