摘    要:运用离子交换分析方式加上抑制型电导检测,做出白酒的中有机酸的特征图谱。结果表明乳酸、己酸、丁酸、己酸的线性范围分别为:15~35mg/L、25~45mg/L、5~25mg/L、30~50mg/L,四种有机酸加样回收率为98—103%,该分析方法具有灵敏度高、分析速度快的特点,可广泛应用于生产过程中的产品质量控制和市场产品检验。

Abstract:Through the use of ion-exchange coupled with suppressed conductivity detection, characteristic spectrum of organic acids in liquor was made. The resuh shows that the linear range of lactic acid,acetic acid, butyric acid, caproic acid is 15 ~ 35mg / L, 25~ 45 mg/ L, 5~ 25mg/L, 30~50 mg/ L, respectively. The recovery of the four kinds of organic acids is 98 ~ 103% . This analysis method has the characteristics of high sensitivity and fast analysis, which can be extensively used in the quality control of the product during the process and testing market products.
