| 摘 要： | 针对大规模定制生产模式下服装企业MTM订单无法实时处理、生产效率低、产品不能很好的符合客户需求等问题，分析了MTM、PLM的基本思想和方法及MTM生产模式对PLM系统的要求，根据某服装企业实际应用产品全生命周期管理系统的实际过程，对如何在MTM生产模式下运用PLM技术进行了研究。实践表明，应用此系统后使该服装企业缩短了服装产品制造周期，降低了生产成本，加快了产品交货时间，提高了企业的生产效率。

| Abstract: | As for the problems exist in apparel enterprises that MTM orders cannot be processed in real time and products cannot be very good in line with customer demand under the production patterns of mass customization,the basic ideas and methods of MTM and PLM as well as PLM system requirements to the MTM production pattern are analyzed.According to the practical application of product lifecycle management system in an apparel enterprise,studies on how to apply PLM technology under the MTM production patterns are taken. |
