羧甲基壳聚糖制备工艺的研究

摘    要:甲壳素是一种氨基的均态多糖,它即能生物合成,又可被生物降解,且不污染环境。壳聚糖是甲壳素脱乙酰化产物,壳低聚糖是二至八糖的低聚糖。以壳聚糖原料,采用氯乙酸途径制备方式,得到制备羧甲基壳聚糖最佳工艺路线,并对产物进行了性能测定,其取代度达到90%以上。

Abstract:s: Chitin was a kind of uniform polysaccharide containing amines, it can be biosynthesis and biodegradation, and its use would not polluted environment. Chitosan was the product of chitin deactytation. The carboxymethyl-chitosan was gained from chitosan through the way of chloroethanic acid;the characteristic of carboxymethyl-chitosan was measured. The degree of substitution of carboxymethyl-chitosan was above 90%.
