汽轮机排汽加热化学生水在火力发电厂中的应用

摘    要:通过对1台135 MW机组凝汽器水室间隔进行改造,利用汽轮机排汽加热化学生水,使水温达到反渗透装置要求的进水温度,代替了机组抽汽加热化学生水的传统方法。利用排汽加热化学生水,节能效果显著。

Abstract:Through retrofitting water-chamber interval in condenser of 135 MW unit,thechemical unboiled water has been heated by using exhaust steam from steam turbine,to make the water temperature reached the inlet temperature required by the anti-osmosis technology,substituting the traditional method of using extraction steam of the unit to heat the chemical unboiled water,obtaining remarkable energy-saving effect.
