| 摘 要： | 分析了目前常用的三种井口密封装置的结构，工作原理，以及在现场应用中存在的缺陷，针对密封圈的形状和材质选用不合理、盘根装拆不方便、没有调偏斜机构和不能实现防喷功能等现状，研制了一种新型采油井口密封装置。该密封装置采用普通传动V带作为密封盘根，成本低、密封性能好，设计盘根盒存储盘根，密封盘根螺旋缠绕在光杆上，使其安装和拆卸方便，可实现抽油机不停产加盘根作业，设计的防喷机构简单可靠，调偏斜机构可实现装置的角度调偏斜功能。现场试验表明，该密封装置操作简便，性能可靠，密封效果好，具有广阔的推广应用价值。
