| 摘 要： | 介绍了在主厂房全封闭的情况下，采用在锅炉框架内吊装65t/h锅炉锅筒的方法，阐述了起吊设备配置，起吊过程，受力分析和结构强度校核，认为该吊装方法简单易行，比借助厂房框架起吊加快了工程进度，经济效益较大。 |

| Abstract: | The cylinder of a 65 t/h boiler was lifted up and put in place within the boiler frame work inside a fully closed main building. The lifting up set up, the lifting process, the stress analysis and the verification of structural strength are all detailed here. It is concluded that this way of lifting and installation is simple and practicable, and it is better than lifting up by means of building framework in terms of schedule speed up by means of building framework in terms of schedule speed up by means of building framework in terms of schedule speed up and economic results. |
