| 摘 要： | 微量稀土加入银中,有效地细化和稳定晶粒组织,明显提高再结晶温度(250℃左右)。其作用机制是稀土改变基体的晶界结构和位错组态,并使其有更高的热力学稳定性。同时稀土在晶界和层错上偏析形成弥散第二相(化合物和稀土氧化物),强烈阻碍晶界和位错的热运动。
